MyBand at St Benedicts s  School

MyBand worked at St Benedicts School, on West London for the first time. We have experienced working at the school in Activities week in summer term

The school has strong singing tradition. The facilities are excellent. The students were open-minded, and enthused. For most of them it was the first time they composed a song in this way. It’s not easy, and can feel quite strange. If you’ve never sang in a band, or had to create your own vocal lines, or playing parts it takes time. They gelled well, and the ideas gathered momentum throughout the first day. There were 3 bands. The cover tracks were Heroes by Bowie, and Crazy by Cee Loo. It all came together, and the students pulled of a good show for parents and family.
